I have a backpack vacuum housecleaning. But since they are too expensive for me right now, I'm rather looking canister vacuums. I've seen two canister vacuums that have a shoulder strap. One was too cheap and the other uses bags. I wonder if I can add a shoulder strap to any canister vacuum that has a handle. I'm looking to spend around $ 120.
