I would buy a good cookware set-up for my mother (who does a lot of cooking) for Christmas and has extensive new electric Whirlpool has a flat, enamel cook-top. I'm having trouble finding anything that says it is safe for use in this type of range – even the manual does not really give any suggestions. Well, I have the answer here.
